OK, if you prefer the 1930s analogy, we do have Chamberlins in power. But not in the U.S.

The pacifist appeasers, the "lets talk forever" leaders, are in Germany and France this time. Which is a good thing, the world has had more than enough of European, and especially German, militarism. Why is it so awful, that Germans have finally learned pacifism? And if they go a bit overboard at it, is that such a bad thing?
