Tench, I don't want to be right for the sake of being right.
I want to see shareholders, who really own the companies, get a fair shake. Perhaps then some money will flow back in.

I think it's time to correct some of the inequities before they correct themselves to much lower levels.

RE:"You think those shareholders are mere sheep?"

Mostly yes.

RE:"Good thing we have you to remind us what a lie "buy-n-hold" is.

I just remember getting trashed for selling Intel...aka McFlynch.

RE:"Four years from now when INTC has recovered, you'll be right there pretending that you bought-n-held all along."

I do have some Intel shares. Bought at a higher price of course. Nothing like what you guys have, for sure. As for 4 years...FOUR years? You'd better get to work and get the stock up before that. That will be 7 years since the top and I'm not getting any younger.
I'm not saying it's "just" Intel. A lot has to happen politically and economically before stocks can fly again.
Thats really what the problem is.

Jim

PS:And don't forget about the time you called the end of the bear market back in early 2001"

I was repeating some guy on CNBC...He was right for a day I guess. Might have been Joe Battataglia or?
