I cannot answer for anyone but myself. "am I to presume the Iraqi leader poses a lesser threat than before?" Can you presume that Saddam poses a greater threat? He has been contained within his borders for well over ten years and has not attacked any of his neighbors. If Saddam was such a great threat I believe that Israel would have attacked him without the approval of any other country....................that has been their MO. AS long as inspectors are back into Iraq then we can use them and other types of surveillance to monitor Saddam's military weapons and forces. Other Arab nations can be used to monitor the human rights abuses that occur there...............we have no business in that country as their culture is completely different than ours. We don't understand each other...........trust me on this! Saddam can be monitored, controlled and contained without a massive murder of innocent people.................along with an escalation of hatred toward Americans that the invasion will bring. I am not here to discuss my feelings..........they are what they are and won't change unless Saddam invades another country................At that point we would most likely need to remove him with our military.
