Got an email yesterday, saying to boycot everything American in France because Americans are boycotting everything French. This is stupid and childish on both sides. Americans bashing the French because they have a different opinion. What happened to freedom of speach? I agree that it is stupid. However it really isn't a freedom of speech issue. Freedom of speech is not the right to say whatever you want without other people getting offended or deciding they don't want to do business with you. Freedom of speech is the freedom to say what you want without being roughed up, fined, tortured, locked up, or killed by the government. err, history lesson, who armed Iraq in the first place 20 years ago?
