You cant do much to re-elect Bush, he controls the government so people will judge him on performance now with no excuses allowed blaming the congress or Democrats. He already has more money that he knows what to do with. And his mouth-pieces control most of the media.

That is the downside of winning in November for Bush. No more Daschle to blame. More likely GOP moderates will be the ones who try and check the Bushie brigade.
