No. They're practicing their own religion. Nothing wrong with that.

But for the government to give them paid time off from work for a totally Christian function? Might that not offend some Islamic or Hindu employees? Is that not, in effect, the government shoving Christianity down the throats of people who want to be in their offices, working? I think it is.
