MDTV Ends Merger Discussions with Vicom
TOTOWA, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 27, 2003--MDU Communications International, Inc. (OTCBB:MDTV) today announces that after careful consideration regarding a potential merger transaction with Vicom, Inc., the Board of Directors of MDTV has determined that such a transaction, at this time, is not in the best interest of the Company or its shareholders. The Company therefore has no further obligation under the Letter of Interest signed with Vicom, Inc. on December 6, 2002.
