Are you delusional? Do you know who was President for 9 months before the 9/11 attacks happened? Do you know who was President on the day of the 9/11 attacks? His name was George Bush, not Bill Clinton. The buck stops with Bush. Remember that word responsibility? Bush is responsible. I know it kills conservatives to actually live by what they preach on others. But, the responsibility for 9/11 rests with BUSH. He had time to stop the attacks and certainly could have done a better job defending our country on that fateful day. Sorry, your boy BUSH let us down. Clinton was living in upstate New York when the attacks happened.
