Hey, I grew up with the baseball glove buttoned to my belt, my bicycle pedaled daily in summer to the little league diamond, was the senior patrol leader and a Star Scout in Boy Scouts, got my athletic letters in high school, and not only did I get Best Dancer in my high school but I took one of the school's prettiest to the prom.

My parents, grandparents and great grandparents and great-great grandparents all served in the Navy or were involved in colonial shipbuilding. My name, on both sides of my family go back to near when this country was founded.

Yup! I'm an all-American boy.

And you know what, KLP? My views are every bit as important as a job-holding Iraqi who has kids and wants the best for them. That Iraqi citizen doesn't wanna see a bomb fall on his child. Neither do I and neither should you!
