My point was that judges shouldn't change laws or the constitution. If regular laws need to be changed the state legislatures or congress can do it, and if the constitution needs to be changed it should be amended rather then changed by fiat by a judge who thinks he should "go forward". Bullshit........your statement suggests you don't understand the way our gov't was set up. ted
