I understand all of what you say. You have a point there. But, what I'm referring to is the lack of a response on the day of the attacks. Once the attacks were underway, it was a whole new ballgame and Bush and his team dropped the ball, IMO. Some heads should have rolled for that gaffe. People should have be reprimanded.
