Leland Wilson, alone, controlled 991,471 pre-split shares as of Mar 1, 1997(5.93%). This included 500,000 shares held as custodian for an annuity trust. Other officers have similar fiduciary responsibilities.

In addition to his holdings,on Dec 31 Mr.Wilson had exercisable options of 251,903 pre-split shares and unexercisable options of another 211,099 pre-split shares.

The Form 144 is not a particulary large filing, and I would expect to see similar filings in the future, during non-quiet times, just as there have been in the past.
