If I understand prior posters here correctly (GV, Duke, et al.) the figures you present do not take into account the dilutive effect or estimate of dollars needed to buy back shares in open market. Consequently, your comparison of figures is of little moment for figuring 'effect' of options packages on reducing shareholder value.

You or others are welcome to chime in on this idea if in agreement or no.
