OBL theory makes sense to me.
Leave him in place but monitor him.
That way you know his moves and find his connections.
Pick up the connections, and just at the right moment
(politically and tactically) nab him.

If I were in the CIA or the President, that's what I would do. And I support their approach.

Sorry I know this isn't a political forum, but IMO
news will be a market factor soon.
