I didn't say it was to support the market.

It is intended to 1) capture more terrorists by monitoring
them and locating the network and then catching them all,
and the timing is 2) to maintain some sort of support for
the war on Iraq. Which IMO is not about oil, but mostly
the defense of Israel and getting a more moderate
negoiating climate. Which I support 100%.

As far as the market, I distrust the dip today, right before potential news. The manipulations on the market
however, confound me more than world politics.
This IMO is perfect set up for a short squeeze, but remain bearish until 2005 at least.
