It takes courage to stand up to right-wing demagogues. They can be intimidating. Your questioning my patriotism is a clear example. But patriotism is love of country not love of the right-wing neo-chickenhawk crowd. Still I do not question our president lightly. I supported him afer 9-11 and through Afghanistan. But when he started using 9-11 then Iraq for his own political purposes and it seemed no one was allowed to criticize him, that's when I started questioning him hard. Since then, Bush has done our country immeasurable damage. He has squandered our public and private wealth, the world's goodwill and hope for sane recovery after 9-11. Starting the Iraq War to steal the November elections which was very crafty and very dishonest. He just used the war to dominate the media and shut out honest debate of domestic and other issues. I'm with John Kerry now fighting to take this country back. Back to peace, honesty, unity, balance of powers and prosperity.
