Ted, it seems such a move is long overdue. 37,000 U.S. ground troops is almost an anachronism these days, considering they won't amount to much against a million-man DPRK army. But South Korea has mandatory military service for all young men, so there isn't a shortage of manpower on the ground.

Rummy seems to be focusing more on American air power in the region, which is a good choice in my opinion.
