if I were labeled a potential threat as a terrorist by the government I could be secretly arrested and detained indefinitely without any hearings or even the government having to admit by law that they have me. that can go on for years now under the new laws. What if someone was in office and a reno type was AG and labeled a certain group as a threat. There's no due process under the law now to fight that. There's never been that power placed in the Executive branch in our history.
