Of course, doing so expects China and South Korea to behave rationally. China remains a Communist country and South Korea is blinded by anti-Americanism and is populated in a not-so-minor fashion by sympathizers for the North.

No. Moving them out of Old Europe and into the Middle East is the next sensible one, IMO. New Europe really doesn't need us.
