Ah! I see that. Correct me if I am wrong here: it is your contention that more competent and quick action by law enforcement agencies in the United States would have prevented the Sept. 11th attacks, right? We failed to beef up the borders and not let the bad guys into the country in the first place, and we failed to ensure that people who are in the United States illegally were deported, and we failed to keep the airports secure, and so on. Right?
