Perhaps we'll be fair and let the Iraqi people enjoy the fruits of their oil revenues; it's not like things could be much worse than the foolish way Saddam is running Iraq. But, oil is a major reason why we're about to take over Iraq. No we don't, the USA is not in the business of producing or refining oil like the Iraqi regime is. Some companies may in fact win contracts but that's not the same thing. re:Why not just invade N. Korea if security is such an issue? Because they will kill 5 million South Koreans in a few days. The South has not asked for help. In fact they appear to be getting used to the idea North Korea will be a nuclear nation. Now if we find they start selling nukes to regimes like Saddam - we may have no choice.
