That's the explanation of your position?? And your statement we don't produce or process oil???? re: Why didn't we take Saddams oil in GWI.....A. because we didn't have the authority and Sr. was operating with UN authority....Jr. said from the git go he didn't need anyone's agreement...and we are running out of domestic oil. In GWI, Kuwait and SA were very grateful to pay homage to us with their oil... Incidentally, do you know why Saddam invaded Kuwait????
