North IMHO is just using the situation to get concessions from a busy administration that may have been willing to pay them off to avoid dealing with them now. Thats part true; its' like a feature of the whole deal if n korea benefits from this. Saddam (as the financier for world socialism & sponsor of world terrorist organizations) & Al queda, make up the other two legs, these events are anything but coincidental nor are they in any way discrete. In the wings two or more more hot spots just waiting....., we'll see.
