King George II has GOT to get the price of oil down again if he wants to hold the tiller for another term. USS Enterprise running costs are high at $30 a barrel. He needs prices high enough to keep his mates happy, but low enough to be re-elected. Saudi Arabia will not be invaded if they turn on the spigots and drive the price down. Kuwait had better co-operate with wide open taps too. What about President Clinton? I bet Americans would love to see Bill back in the White House. Remember the good old days of the go go 1990s.
