Is Free Speech Under Fire? No. Well yes but not from this incident. It was an arrest for trespassing. The owner didn't want the people there any more, told them to leave and they would not. Its not really a free speech issue. You don't have a right to come in someone elses property and then refuse to leave when they want you to go. OTOH - I think it was stupid and wrong of the mall to kick them out for wearing the t-shirts. However I have heard that they may have gone beyond that and made something of a nusicence of themselves. Edit - The Patriot II act is a more serious issue. I don't think we should go further down that path. Tim
