They always win. When the price is down they make money. When the price is up like it is now, they make even more money. You know what's funny. All these rich oil cronies that we talk about couldn't give a rats ass about any of us. They live in huge houses in wealthy suburbs and vacation all around the world in their private jets. They think we are fools to be exploited and most people are just that.
