CBS is announcing it as fact, written in stone--St.Patrick's Day, no less. They had a sand storm in Kuwait today, so they simply MUST start post haste. I say if U.N.(on march the 10th) rejects the March 17th deadline war could well start before March 17th, first move will be to tell inspectors they have 48 hours to get out, and i do not think the inspectors will hesitate for a moment.Max
