Hmm... that would suggest we're going in on Thermal Imaging only, denying the Iraqis any moonlight for their own visibility purposes.

I must have misunderstood him (he did mention something, I believe, about a new moon following the full moon, but I thought I had just been "dazzled by his brilliance" (he used to be a muckety-muck at the Naval Observatory and now specializes in providing astronomical data to investigators and lawyers trying to establish specific astronomical data..
