Well, forget about the media source. Call up the ambassador of Chile and ask them what Child's position is with respect to the US wiretapping their homes and offices. Call the others as well. Since this story is purposefully being kept off the American media networks, you'll have to become the reporter yourself.
By the way, the British dossier that was plagerized came into the American media through the backdoor, not the front door. After the talking head on tv refer to it, it eventually got printed but still in buried form. You didn't notice that, KLP?
Moreoever, what would you think of Powell leaving the UN Security Council chambers when the Iraqi ambassador began to make his presentation? Powell took with him CNN, MSNBC and Fox and any American watching the proceeding were denied the opportunity to hear what the Iraqi ambassador had to say in response to all of the statements from the 15 Security Council members. That, KLP, and you can't deny this, was an orchestrated and manipulative act to steal America's primary media away from what the Iraqi ambassador had to say.
Fortuntely, I was able to monitor the ambassador's remarks on C-SPAN. He happened to have addressed how much of what America is claiming Iraq has does not exist. Anyone with a head on their shoulders, one capable of determining the difference between two points of view would, at a minimum, prefer to have two points of view presented. Agree? |
