Someone is pulling NKs strings, can't figure out if it's China trying to get US troops out of SK or maybe Iraq paying them off to redirect US heat.

S.Korea Says North Nearing Missile Test

March 7 - South Korea's Defense Ministry said on Saturday North Korea could fire a missile into the Sea of Japan in the next few days in what would be the second test in less than a fortnight.

The Defense Department said on Friday North Korea, locked in a standoff with the United States over Pyongyang's suspected nuclear weapons program, had declared a maritime exclusion zone off its east cost in the Sea of Japan.
