you are right Chris, dollar downtrend seem inevitable for a while. oil chart is almost a mirror image of a dollar chart. fed will likely cut another .25% this month. bush will likely cut out saddam this month. weak dollar and low interest will likely cut out foreign investment (actually cash will flow out from u.s. soil)
