Someone is pulling NKs strings, can't figure out if it's China trying to get US troops out of SK or maybe Iraq paying them off to redirect US heat

Care to bet that Saddam is also paying them? I have no proof at all, but it's in Saddam's character to pay bribes - and Kim's to demand them.
