Unless someone can give me some good argument for WHY bush is lying other then he is trying to dominate the world then I am all ears. I couldn't have said it better myself. 'Course he's not telling the UN or Fox News that his goal is to dominate the world. IMO he's just one of the Texas Oil & Gas Boyz that in part for reasons of political expediency (read Rove) has bought into the neo-con agenda. if you want to argue that Iraq ocupation and pressure point strategy wont work Well so far one could argue that trying to implement the neo-con thesis has produced a world wide antithesis far beyond what neo-cons anticipated. While I'm also something of a student of history, the depth of my knowledge of Islamic culture was inadequate. I'm attempting to rectify that void. At this juncture, all I can say, is that all I've learned implies that attempting a McArthur type occupation and metamorphosis in Iraq will most likely produce a bountiful supply of terrorists.
