so you're seeing a recovery or stability down there?

Its hard to gauge for me... there isn't much more gloom as far as tech is concerned- not too many more large layoffs to be had. Content companies continue to do well but that is such a small part of the industry. The rest of the bay area- real estate, retail etc. I was thinking is vulnerable now.
