America has bailed France out twice, and helped to rebuild France. America didn't steal their resources, and has shown no signs of wanting to do that today, to any nation, but America is accused of wanting to do that today to Iraq. Just shows that there are many "appeasement" pea brains who have problems understanding history.
Russia, OTOH, did nothing but steal, when it occupied other countries. Russia, a corrupt, greedy, incompetent nation, left many countries in shambles.
