North Korea doesn't have ICBM's. Still, they can wreak havoc in Asia. And Bush continues snubbing them and refusing to talk. Calling it a "regional" issue. As if Saddam isn't. As if everything isn't connected now. It makes one wonder if Bush and his chickenhawk advisors rattled NK's cages on purpose. Want to start a huge war in Korea? Can't be true but one has to wonder. Is Bush going mad, feeling empowered by and possibly addicted to war? During his speech the other night he said "I hate war". But where is the evidence of that?
