Q&A: Is the U.S. at Risk of Violating International Law?

Truly the world has been turned upside down...

Now it a violation of international law for a nation to ENFORCE international law...

After all, a BINDING UNSC resolution compelling Iraq to disarm its WMD programs is about as close to an international law as one can imagine.

Shouldn't we be asking why these very same "academics" are so biased that they are unwilling to acknowledge the blatant violation of international law being perpetrated by Saddam Hussein?

And shouldn't it beg the question as to whether NOT ENFORCING any and/or all of the 17 binding UNSC resolutions is a violation of international law being committed by each UN member state??

And finally, if Saddam can freely violate UNSC derived international law, why can't the US?? Why does international law pertain to the US more than it does to Saddam Hussein??

I can only imagine a court trying to assert that a police officer is breaking the law by arresting someone who has blatantly violated the strict terms of their probation...
