We've had this discussion a few times. It is ridiculous for folks to draw any conclusions based on anything that has happened to this stock strictly on the trading. The stock has been manipulated in both directions. Moreover, clearly most stocks are trading below long term MA's thanks to the ugliest bear market of our life times.

It is ridiculous to point fingers and call names as nobody has been above board here. The point of these forums has actually escaped me for some time. What was intended to be an exchange of information has become a stage for charges and counter charges. The words "tout" and "shill" etc are bantered about by people who have every bit as much agenda as the folks they are branding.

Dan isn't wrong just because this company can't get out of the way of all the shorting. Any number of bears have said that the stock was going to zero. Below one was predicted "in six months" about four years ago by Wexler. Below 5 by Hank about three years ago. You said the sales would begin to falter, year over year, just as those of QGLY did. None of those things happened.

One thing that has been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt is that during a bear market, stocks can be mutilated by short selling. I happen to believe in short selling when done legitimately. However, I don't think that is what has been happening. I am convinced that there have been organized efforts by "groups of people" to suck the life blood out of small cap stocks through an organized effort of selling(including naked shorting) and disinformation. GUMM/MTXX may well be one of those victims. (I've never considered you to be a part of that.)

What is strange to me, is the vehemence which some have attacked this little company. OK some don't care for the science. They love to mock homeopathic. The thing is that the company never tried to say they were anything that they weren't. It isn't like they suggested to anyone that they were an FDA approved drug. They ran clinical trials and got them published. So what if it wasn't the NEJM...

I still have a few shares but I haven't any intention to face off against the worst bear market of our life times with the deck stacked against me.

If you want to call Dan names then my comment to him is "consider the source". Not a one of us has earned a right to throw stones. This board isn't followed by any more than the same yahoos who have been posting on it for the last four years...

The discussion should end.
