The courts are intended to administer and interpret the law including law established by the Constitution. Exactly, the law established by the constitution, not legal opinions that have little to do with the constitution or aplicable law. The Constitution is a great document and incredibly well thought out but we have changed over 300 years and the law must reflect those changes. Agreed, that is why the constitution allows laws to be changed, and can even be changed itself through the ammendment process. Tim
