I agree phoenix. I have been looking at the March 13 turn as a high for some time. The brother up I have been expecting to the Feb 13 move has lower targets now due to the weakness displayed late last weak. I believe the DOW is a short in the 8000 area. I am expecting strength early next week. Bears had their chance to break the market on Friday and couldn't do it, for now.
