Thanks for the info. You also helped me figure out when I bought the stock. I used to sell computer equipment while I was in college - buying from TECD. I bought the stock on the dip when they didn't meet the analysts expectations and were experiencing all the glitches of the new system. As one of my first investments, I was really scared when I bought at 13.125 and the price bottomed at 11 and change. Hindsight tells me I made a good move to buy and hold.
