I think one final last hurrah for longend Trez market which will be final for mortgage bond rally and also Real Estate this time, cashout refi's will be a feeble rally job insecurity has come to new heights at some point lower rates lose their stimulative effect even in real estate and mortg finance it will be the end of the "Real Estate Hard Asset Impostor Game" / jim
