Marcos, multilateralism. Are you familiar with the expression "un pajaso mental"? 12 years of multilateralism has done nothing but contain Saddam and enable him collect his WMD and plan his day of revenge. Not to speak of the poor Iraqi's who I am sure have been wondering what their world would look like had we acted unilateraly and eliminated Saddam instead of containing him in a manner that has strengthened his hold over Iraq. Multilateralism is a joke. If the UN cannot give Saddam one FINAL ultimatum the value of the UN cannot redeemed. Why do we want to give every two bit country an equal say? Why is your vote as important as mine? What is Mexico's contribution to the war on terror? What is Mexico's contribution to keep Saddam contained? If Saddam festers into a more formidable threat are your kids going to be fighting his armies?
