Tom: I am short on SYSF with the primary reason being a profound technical weakness in its trading that should lead prices into the low teens. In addition to this reasoning - SytemWizard is being marketed to OEM's is it not? Yet it's success still must lie with the end users' willingness to forsake a human solution and take his problems instead to the digital domain. I suspect that this is the area where the equation has its most pivotal variable. I, for one, have a great distaste for such tactics. The companies that have good customer/technical support and SPEND THE TIME AND MONEY to put the human effort into problem solving will always have the edge on the competition. I think the concept, while attractive to the OEM will be an overall insult to the consumer. Like the Pink Floyd song "Talk to Me". Take care, Jim
