Re the economy, and when it went south. Look in google. Insert Paul Allen Bill Savoy October 2000. You will see a comment Savoy made for Allen about the bubble, and their prediction that the mess would last at LEAST 3 more years or MORE. Wayyyyyyyyyy before the election.

Actually, the Exec Recruiters across the Nation knew it was happening by April 2000, and by September 2000, we were seeing it in our National Association's written materials and what to try to do about it....

But did anyone listen? Nope!
