Yes, it is "supposed" to be checked. It is ALSO supposed to be brought TO the inspectors. Or the varification documents that the "stuff" was destroyed. The inspectors are NOT supposed to hunt all over the countryside for the stuff. They are to "VARIFY" that it is indeed gone. Personally, I think some of the stuff is "gone".....to other countries. In containers. And via trucks, cars, or otherwise hidden. We will also see what countries sold them spare parts and other materials (i.e. media to grow the bio weapons in, for instance)... We shall see, won't we?
