Personally, it was my understanding that the "inspectors" wouldn't have to fan out across Iraq, UNTIL and UNLESS Iraq provided them with papers showing what it was they said they destroyed...After all, the UN has the signed papers BY Saddam with the materials he admitted to in 1994.....

PLUS ...Anything new that he wasn't supposed to have was a new item....ie. the new drone...undeclared. Blix did not voice this in his statement. It is noted in the 171 pages that were classified. The only reason it came to light was that it was declassified this weekend.

As far as this:
I should have said Spare Parts for their Attack jets, as well as for their Attack Helicopters.....

AND

the other materials, like media for Bio WMD, etc....

We will also see what countries sold them spare parts and other materials (i.e. media to grow the bio weapons in, for instance)...
