it means the Iraqi government has higher expectations of the American military than do the peace activists. LOL!!!!! Pardon me, I find that humorous! they were being "used" for propaganda purposes. Duh. He realized it was dangerous there, that he might get hurt, even killed. Frankly they hadn't expected anything like this. Duh. It was "naivete." Duh. Disturbing to find he was Canadian.
