Eric...You may have been correct! Trading halted at 11AM...News pending. Stocked open at 7/7.375 until about 10.30 then volume jumped from 2,900 to 103,700 when trading was halted. Price went to 8 prior to halt. Seems like approval is at hand. I hope so.
