You sound like Ken Lay's high-priced shyster attorney.
You're on the wrong side, my friend.

What I "sound like" is someone who comprehends the distinction between a person being tried and convicted in a court of law by a jury of his peers, versus a person being tried and convicted in the media by someone who doesn't understand the basic concepts of our judicial system or the law surrounding the man's actions.

You're obviously entitled to your opinion, however, it does seem unfair to be putting Lay through the wringer without the slightest proof of your allegations.

If he did commit a crime, I hope he is eventually charged and convicted, and I have little doubt Bush's DOJ will be willing to try him if there is evidence to support a trial. I simply haven't seen anything approaching evidence, and you certainly haven't presented anything that remotely resembles evidence.
